Delete your Trainex Go account

Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open Trainex Go and sign in.
2. Go to More → Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If you are the only Super Admin of your organisation, assign another Super Admin first.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email kalyan91333@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Trainex account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email and password).
• Your profile: name, role, organisation membership and avatar.
• Your learning records: course and module progress, quiz attempts and scores, assignment submissions and feedback.
• Your discussion questions, answers, reports and blocks.
• Your notification settings and push-notification tokens.

What is kept

• Courses, quizzes and announcements you created as a trainer or admin stay available to your organisation, with your name removed from them.
• Nothing that identifies you is kept after deletion. Server backups that may contain your data are overwritten within 30 days.
