Getting Started

Trainex is a training management platform for teams. Trainers build structured learning modules — videos, documents, quizzes — assign them to trainees, and track completion in real time. Trainees get a clear learning path on their mobile device, and trainers see exactly where everyone stands.
Your organisation admin will send you an invite email. Open the Trainex app, enter your email address and the temporary password from the invite, then create a new password when prompted. If you don't see the invite, check your spam folder or ask your admin to resend it.
Trainex has four roles:

Super Admin — full platform and billing access.
Admin — manages users and organisation settings.
Trainer — creates, publishes, and assigns training modules.
Trainee — views and completes assigned training content.

Your role is assigned by your organisation's admin and can be changed at any time.
Search for "Trainex" on the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). The app is free to download. You'll need an invite from your organisation's admin to create an account and sign in.

Training Modules

As a Trainer, open your dashboard and tap Create Module. Add a title, description, and content blocks — you can include videos, PDF documents, and text sections. Arrange them in the order trainees should follow, then tap Publish when ready to assign it.
Open the module and tap Assign Trainees. Search by name or browse your organisation's trainee list, select the people you want to enrol, then tap Confirm. Each trainee will receive a push notification that a new module is available for them.
Yes. Open the module and tap the edit icon at the top right. Changes are published immediately. Enrolled trainees see the updated content on their next app open. Existing progress is not reset when you edit a module.
Open the module and switch to the Progress tab. You'll see each enrolled trainee alongside their completion percentage and last activity timestamp. Tap any trainee row for a detailed per-block breakdown.

Trainees

Open Trainex and tap the Learning tab at the bottom of the screen. All modules assigned to you are listed there, sorted by due date. Each card shows your current progress. Tap a card to open the module and continue where you left off.
Yes. Progress is saved automatically each time you complete a content block. You can close the app at any point and pick up exactly where you left off. Progress also syncs across devices, so switching phones won't cause you to lose any completions.
Try these steps in order:

1. Check your internet connection — videos require a stable connection to stream.
2. Close the module and reopen it.
3. Force-close the Trainex app and restart it.
4. Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → Trainex → Storage → Clear Cache, then reopen.

If none of these work, the video may still be processing on the server. Contact your trainer or reach out to support.
Not currently. Trainex requires an active internet connection to load module content and sync progress. Offline access is on our product roadmap. If this is important for your team, let us know via support — it helps us prioritise.

Account & Access

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address on your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. The link expires after 1 hour. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact your admin.
Go to the Profile tab (bottom right), then tap the edit icon next to your name. Update your name, phone number, or profile photo, then tap Save. Your email address can only be changed by your organisation admin.
Accounts lock after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. You have two options: wait 15 minutes and try again, or ask your organisation admin to unlock your account immediately. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login screen instead.
In the app, go to More → Profile → Delete Account. No longer have the app? Follow the steps on our account deletion page.

Technical Issues

Try these steps:

1. Force-close the app and reopen it.
2. Check your internet connection.
3. Restart your device.
4. Uninstall and reinstall Trainex from the App Store or Play Store.

All data is stored in the cloud — reinstalling won't cause you to lose anything. If the issue continues, contact support and include your device model and OS version.
First confirm notifications are enabled for Trainex:

iOS: Settings → Trainex → Notifications → Allow Notifications
Android: Settings → Apps → Trainex → Notifications → On

Also check that Do Not Disturb is not active. If notifications are enabled but still not arriving, log out and back in to refresh your notification token. If the issue persists, contact support.
Email kalyan91333@gmail.com with:

• A description of what happened
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Your device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 17.4)

The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix it. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Trainex supports:

iOS: iOS 13 and above

We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest OS version for best performance and security.
